Default QPR 1:1 argyle

Promising result
we took the lead and held it for seventy minutes when summers netted the penalty after maclean was tripped
but then with only eight minutes remaining guess who has to score, yes, jamie mackie bursting through and sliding it in from a tight angle
bring on the saltash

Still can't hang on to a lead then - nothings changed there. This will clearly be a continuing problem through the season. Same woeful players and same old problems.

Shows what Mackie can do in a proper team though

Have just joined 'Argyle Talk' just to add some positives to some of the stuff on 'PASOTI'....I am quite optimistic about the new season and think pre-saeson has been good. I like some of the directness of Peter Reid's comments....there's no bull with him.

Wilkommen auf den forum, ich liebe dich.

I'm not too fussed about pre-seasoners ever. I quite like Reid too, tho that'll change quickly depending on how we start, etc.

Welcome to the crucible of bile.I'm quite impressed with Reidy too, early days yet of course but maybe Pulis was right when he said that the very long break from management will have revitalised him.Good reports about the style of the team from people at the matches but next week and beyond will be the moments of truth and will reveal how good/lacking the squad is.

Here he will have to manage, no relying on expensive imports here.

I hope he has a reasonable first season, that is all we can really hope for, then settles in for a long stay, building his squad developing some local talent, goalscoring with luck.

He has no previous with the club and iI hope his straight talking continues.
